Multiple flaps of high-quality abrasive cloth layered onto a circular base. This design significantly increases the amount of material being used, for longer flap band life. The overlapping flaps and zirconium grain grind cooler. As the flaps wear away, fresh grain is exposed, resulting in a constant rate of stock removal and consistent scratch pattern throughout the life of the product.

NOTE: Rubber drum is required.
