• Outlast standard brushes by at least 2-to-1
• High tensile, heat-treated wire for excellent fatigue resistance and fast cutting capabilities
• Provide continuous cutting action, uniform surface contaminant removal and a smooth finish
• Quality is continuously checked during the manufacturing process; brush samples must remain 100% intact when tested at 120% of their rated operating speed
• Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
• Use steel wire brushes for fine deburring, edge blending and surface finishing; cleaning and dusting restricted areas in electronics, nuclear instrumentation, and tool and die work; light brushing action where dimension changes are critical
