• High-performance wheel cuts cleaner, cooler, faster, and lasts longer than conventional fiber-backed abrasive discs
• Reduced clogging, loading and glazing
• Zirconium Grain – Individual flaps, comprised of thick layers of high-tech zirconium abrasive cloth, are bonded to the backing plate. The layers are angled to suit the natural working angle of a grinder, so more abrasive makes contact with the work surface. As the layers slowly wear, more abrasive is exposed for a constant finish throughout disc life

• Ideal for 15° – 25° working angle
• Aluminum backing provides extra strength, allowing for more aggressive grinding and better removal of material

IMPORTANT: If you are currently using a resin fiber grinding disc, you should order your Blue-Kote Flap Disc one to two grits coarser to obtain a similar finish.
CAUTION: Protect yourself from product breakage and flying particles. Always wear eye and face protection, and make sure machine guards are in place. Comply with ANSI B7.1.
