Description

Recommended for use with high-pressure hydraulic oil lines. Features half the standard bend radius of SAE 100R1 and SAE 100R2 hoses and superior flex impulse performance. Flexibility allows for more compact hydraulic systems.
• Braided high-tensile steel wire reinforcement: -4, -6 and -8 are one braid; -10, -12 and -16 are two braid
• Black, synthetic rubber cover is resistant to oil, abrasion and weather
• If the application is 3,000 PSI or less, Mega3000 is the only hose needed
SAE 100R17
• Temperature range: –40°F to +212°F (–40°C to +100°C)
• Meets SAE Specification 100R17
Use with MegaCrimp® Fittings
Crimp settings are available on-line at www.gates.com/ecrimp. Simply indicate the hose and fittings to be crimped, and E-Crimp generates a custom crimp chart.
50-ft. lengths consist of no more than two pieces with none shorter than 10 feet.
Total length may vary from 45 to 55 feet.
