• Provide continuous cutting action, uniform surface contaminant removal and a smooth finish
• Quality is continuously checked during the manufacturing process; brush samples must remain 100% intact when tested at 120% of their rated operating speed
• Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
• Wire springs back and is consistently crimped and cut to precise length
• Filaments are securely held in place with a solid steel retaining ring
• Use for roughening for adhesion, surface preparation prior to plating or painting, edge blending, cleaning off rust, scale and dirt, finishing for appearance and deburring
