Why do I need to upgrade?

How do I remove Compatibility View in Internet Explorer?
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 - 11, you may have Compatibility View enabled for this website which will downgrade your experience. To remove the website, go to 'Tools' in the Menu Bar and click on 'Compatibility View settings'. If the website is listed under "Websites you’ve added to Compatibility Mode", then click on the website. Then click 'Remove', uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View if it is checked, and then 'Close'.

How do I get a price quote?
To find a price, browse through the website to find your product or use the online catalog. If a price is not listed, please contact your Sales Representative or contact Customer Service. You can also use the Contact Us feature and include the product details in your request.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is available in Web Order History for orders that have been place on the website. You may also contact your Sales Representative or contact Customer Service for orders that were placed through a different channel. You must be logged in to view your Web Order History.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information can be found for all orders on the Track Order page or through Web Order History. You do not have to be logged in to track orders. You may also contact your Sales Representative or contact Customer Service.
Do you handle International Orders?
We do not currently support International new business and shipments to unsupported accounts internationally. Only pre-approved customers with International Orders will be serviced.
How do I return product?
To request a return of a product, please call 866-LAWSON-4U (866-529-7664) or send an e-mail to CS_Returns@lawsonproducts.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will be sent a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid UPS return label (pending return approval). Please note that all return requests must be submitted within 90 days of shipment. Restocking and return freight fees may apply. Review our full return policy.
How do I get in touch with my Sales Representative?
You can connect with your Sales Representative from the Account Contacts menu once you’ve logged in. Check the box next to the contact name, type in your message and click send. Your message will be sent via email to that contact name indicated. Alternatively, you can call 866-837-9908 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

If I qualify as a tax-exempt organization, where do I send my certificate?
Tax exemption forms can be obtained from your state's website. Please remember to thoroughly complete your state's Sales & Use Tax exemption form, including the proper authorizing signature and your Lawson Products Account number when submitting.

Where can I find technical information on a product?
All detailed product information, including SDS data sheets, exists on the product details or in the online catalog. If you need more information or cannot find what you're looking for, please use the Contact Us feature to submit your question or request.
How do I request a catalog?
You can view (or download) the entire catalog online or request a paper catalog from your Sales Representative.
Where can I find product SDS sheets?
SDS sheets can be accessed online from the product details and printed directly from the website by clicking SDS under Resources in the navigation menu. You will be able to search by product name or product number.
