• WEATHER-RESISTANT - Polyester wind-resistant and waterproof coating for protection from the elements
• FULLY TAPED SEAMS - Taped and bonded seams lock out water
• HIGH VISIBILITY - Bright fluorescent with 2” reflective tape for low-light and nighttime visibility
• INSULATION - Fleece liner can be worn on its own or zipped into the shell for warmth without the extra bulk
