A simple and effective way to reduce hose replacement in high-abrasion areas. Nylon Hose Guards are easy to use and a smart alternative to continuously replacing worn hoses. Woven nylon construction is the perfect barrier to severe abrasion in harsh environments.
• Easy to install
• Allows bundling of hose lines
• Meets MSHA 207
1. Cut hose guard to desired length. Sear edges with heat to prevent unraveling.
2. Insert hose line(s) into sleeve.
3. Clamp with a nylon tie, band clamp or other suitable clamp to hold sleeve in position. Clamping may not be necessary if the sleeve covers the entire hose assembly.
25 ft. per roll
The sizes indicated are related to the hose O.D. and may not fit over fitting. For over-the-fitting applications, a larger size may be needed.
CAUTION: Not recommended for use in applications where surrounding temperatures exceed 250°F (121°C)
