• Provide continuous cutting action, uniform surface contaminant removal and a smooth finish
• Quality is continuously checked during the manufacturing process; brush samples must remain 100% intact when tested at 120% of their rated operating speed
• Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
• Stainless steel brushes are used where contamination or rust is a problem, for example, brushing aluminum or stainless steel parts
• Retaining plate design of knot-type brush provides greater brush efficiency and safety – no sharp corners to damage wire filaments – wire loss is minimal – each round hole secures only one tuft
• Use for removal of rust, scale, weld spatter and oxidation, heavy-duty cleaning operations, heavy burr removal, roughening surfaces, weld cleaning, and surface conditioning
