This professional-grade formula penetrates deep into grout and helps protect it from water, stains, mold and mildew. It also resists stains from oils, drinks and food spills and helps to keep dirt and grime on the surface for easier cleaning. Grout Sealer Plus is a water-based penetrating sealer that protects grout while still allowing water vapor to escape and grout to breathe. It is SCS Indoor Air Quality Indoor Advantage Gold certified, meeting the strictest standards for long-term VOC emissions.
