• 3-IN-1 JACKET - Wear as a jacket with the fleece liner zipped in, fleece liner on its own or the shell on its own for a lightweight, water-resistant outer layer
• WEATHER-RESISTANT - Polyester wind-resistant and waterproof coating for protection from the elements
• FULLY TAPED SEAMS - Taped and bonded seams lock out water
• HIGH VISIBILITY - Bright fluorescent with 2” reflective tape for low-light and nighttime visibility
• INSULATION - Fleece liner can be worn on its own or zipped into the shell for warmth without the extra bulk
• ADJUSTABLE - Hook and loop cuffs and removable hood with drawstring and stoppers
• EXTERIOR POCKETS - 1 zippered cell phone chest pocket, 1 dual slot pen pocket on arm and 2 lower front slash pockets
