Cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture. Forms a durable bond. Has aggressive adhesion to most construction substrates and surfaces. Great compatibility even with rubberized asphalt flashing and other flexible plastic materials. Designed for concrete and asphalt expansion joints and cracks. Can also be used for roofing, siding, windows, doors, masonry, metal, EFIS, HVAC, marble/granite, and other building materials.
Conforms to the requirements for ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A, M. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C Type II, Class A.
• Flexibility Retained -90°F to +425°F (-67°C to +218°C)
• Tensile Strength: 130-230 PSI
• UV resistant
• Low VOC formula
• Skin time: < 20 minutes
• Tack free time: < 1 hour
