Persist is a multipurpose, non-melt Bentonite-base grease. It is formulated with tackifiers and adhesive/cohesive additives to provide staying power and resist pound-out. The additives protect metal surfaces long after ordinary greases are squeezed out or washed out. Persist reduces lubrication frequency and reduces grease costs.
• Contains rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors
• Extreme pressure additives provide lubrication for heavy load applications
• Resistant to water washout
• Acceptable for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants
• Extremely high dropping point: 500°F (260°C)
• Can be dispensed in multiple orientations, up, down, or sideways
• Acceptable Temperature Range: -5 to 500 °F
• Optimal Temperature Range: +40 to 425° F
