An ultra-low odor, all-purpose primer that kills stains from water, fire, smoke, tannin bleed, grease, handprints, nicotine, and more. This advanced water base technology combines dependable stain blocking power with easy soap and water clean-up, exceptional flow and leveling, and fast-dry convenience. Uses locking technology to trap the stain into the primer film. The stain will be fully hidden when topcoated paint is applied.
