Create a long-lasting barrier of protection on metal, concrete, tile and more with this quality topcoat. Premera® T2 MCM is a spray-down, sol-gel-based clear coating that guards against a wide range of environmental and chemical factors, including mold, mildew, moss, rust, corrosion, acid rain, UV damage and more. This easy-to-use product eliminates the need for grinding or sanding prior to application. Stock this protective topcoat in your warehouse or storeroom.

Protects Against: Graffiti, UV damage and fading, Oxidation and corrosion, Chemical exposure, Abrasion and scratching, Salt spray and chlorides, Mold, mildew, and moss, Acid rain, Dirt buildup, Gum and surface contamination, Bird and animal waste
• 400-600 sq. ft. per gallon on concrete
• Recommended spread rate: 3-4 mils wet
• Typical dry film: 1-1.5 mils
