• Better spring action and more thread engagement
1. Insert bolt through item to be fastened, thread on wings, then fold wings completely back and insert through hole until wings spring open.
2. Pull back on assembly to hold wings against inside wall – this prevents the wings from spinning while tightening bolt. Tighten bolt firmly with screwdriver.
