Global M4KH High-Temp hose is recommended for highpressure hydraulic applications at elevated temperatures. Exceeds ISO 18752 Grade C, SAE 100R19 and ISO 11237 R19. Allows for tighter minimum bend radius, increased working pressure and improved impulse cycles than industry standards. Provides greater performance, flexibility, easier routing and plumbing of mobile and stationary hydraulic platforms.
The optional MegaTuff™ cover lasts up to 300 times longer than standard hose during hose-to-hose and hose-to-metal abrasion tests per ISO 6945 and offers superior ozone and weathering resistance
For use with GlobalSpiral™ Couplings [G20 Series] and MegaCrimp™ Couplings [G25 Series]
Provides bend radius up to 1/3 of the SAE specification and greater flexibility for easier routing
Tested to 600,000 impulse cycles, 3 times the industry standard
Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids
Meets Flame Resistance Acceptance Designation MSHA 2G
With the Gates special MegaTuff™ cover which offers 300 times the abrasion resistance of the standard M4KH cover as per ISO 6945, superior ozone and weathering resistance
